Online sales strategies for destination attractions, events, tours and other experiences
In the post-Covid 19 era, more and more people will be using online channels to decide which destinations they visit and to discover and book all components of their trip: including not only flights and accommodation, but also visitor experiences. We can work with tourism destination organisations to review the trends and explore the opportunities and risks that they present for the tourism sector in general and for suppliers of tours, activities, and attractions in particular.
We will identify what business operators in these sectors need to do to ensure that they are able to realise the opportunities and overcome the challenges; and the ways in which national tourism authorities can guide and support the operators and help them connect with the market segments and sales channels that will give them best results.
