Winnow Vision System

An in-built camera automatically captures images of food as it’s thrown away. When switched on, AI Computer Vision over time learns to recognise food items, eventually automating the entire waste recording process. 

Winnow Vision systems come with a connected scale that attributes a weight value each time food waste is recorded.
